1. Introduction and Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years of age to use the viptek platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
For ages 21 and above: This platform is available only to those aged 21 or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Registration Terms
Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- Opening an account using a false identity, false information or another person's identity is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for keeping their password and login details secure.

- Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
viptek may at its discretion request necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. National identity cards, passports or other government-issued documents may be requested.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on viptek: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
- Once a deposit is processed, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Using a third-party account for deposits is strictly prohibited.
- Each deposit must be made from a registered payment method only.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Restrictions on withdrawals may apply until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Currency
All transactions on the viptek platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet a 25x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. This means the total amount wagered must equal the bonus amount multiplied by 25. The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is stated in the specific promotion.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household, device or IP address.
- The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another member.
4.4 VIP Program
viptek has four VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1% and Platinum up to 1.5%. Higher tiers can be reached by staying regularly active. Each tier has its own benefits and offers.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets are final and cannot be changed — once confirmed, no bet can be cancelled or altered. Users are advised to verify all details before confirming a bet.
- Bets can only be placed within the balance available in the account.
- Bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be cancelled at the Company's discretion.
- Where game provider rules apply, those rules will take precedence.
5.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi and other recognised sports. Pre-match and in-play betting rules apply separately for each event.
5.3 Casino Games
For slots, live casino, fishing games and other casino games, the relevant game provider's rules apply. All games are operated under fair play principles.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptek platform and will result in the immediate closure of the account:
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any other dishonest means.
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
- Participating in match fixing or any other unethical betting activity.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Company Rights
viptek reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
- In the event of failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- In the event of suspicious financial activity.
- If the user is identified as a minor.
- In the event of technical issues or security risks.
7.2 Closure at the User's Request
Any member may close their account at their own request. To do so, they must contact customer support via 24/7 live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their available balance before the account is closed, subject to all applicable conditions being met.
8. Privacy and Data Security
